| Those spline lug sockets are very common and sold at every tire shop. Those, any thief will have right along side their 19mm socket. Some locking lugs out there are much more rare and harder to get keys for. There are also the Dency ones from Japan that have the magnetic top that freely spins over the locking lug so that even helps deter thieves with stripped nut removers. Given enough time I'm sure any thief can steal anything, but this is all about making it too much of a pain in the ass so they won't try or so it takes them too long to finish.
